Our returns policy is simple – we will accept returns as long as:

• Product is returned within 30 days of receipt
• Product is unworn and unwashed
• Product has all original ISHU tags attached

Please note:

• Any products purchased on sale or through discount codes cannot be returned
• All products must be unworn and unwashed
• Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers own cost

To return your item, please download and complete the returns form below and send to [email protected]. Depending on your location, we will provide you with a return address which you can use to post the item back.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
